⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted according to our data retention policy. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.

How to Request Account Deletion

Follow these steps to permanently delete your SKRYN account and associated data:

Open the SKRYN App

Launch the SKRYN mobile application on your device and log in to your account.

Navigate to Settings

Go to the Settings or Account section within the app.

Select "Delete Account"

Find and select the "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion" option.

Confirm Deletion

Read the deletion information carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Verification

Complete any required verification steps (such as entering your password or confirming via email/SMS).

If you cannot access the SKRYN app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include in your email: Your registered email address or phone number for verification purposes.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion from SKRYN, the following data will be permanently deleted:

GPS coordinates, location history, movement data, geofence events
Deleted immediately (or within 30 days if already anonymized)
Media Files
Uploaded photos, videos, documents

Usage Data
Activity logs, feature usage, app interactions
Deleted immediately
Advertisement Data
Ad views, impressions, interactions
Deleted immediately
Device Information
Device ID, device name, connection logs
Deleted immediately
Authentication Data
Login tokens, session data

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained by SKRYN for legal or operational purposes:

ℹ️ Note: All retained data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to your account. Personal identifiers will be removed immediately upon account deletion.

Additional Information

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Data Backup

Before deleting your account, you may want to export or download any data you wish to keep. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Active Subscriptions or Services

If you have active subscriptions, campaigns, or other paid services, please cancel them before requesting account deletion. Account deletion will automatically cancel all active services.

Third-Party Data

Please note that data shared with third-party services (such as Cloudinary for media storage) may be subject to their own retention policies. We will request deletion from these services, but final deletion is subject to their policies.
